This week, we have had a Zoom call with Ifeoma Onyefulu who is a Nigerian children's author. She is best known for her picture books which feature her photographs of village life in Africa. Ifeoma told us some stories, including her book "A is for Africa". We were asked to join in by drawing some pictures of some African animals, including elephants, tortoises, giraffes, and lions. Then we were given the opportunity to be able to ask Ifeoma some questions about writing, we wanted to know which of her books was her favourite to write, and she told us it was too hard to choose!

Over the next week, we will be doing some follow-up work on this, looking at who Ifeoma Onyefulu is and what she did.
