This week in PSHE, we have been learning about the importance of a balanced diet.  We learned that in order to be healthy, we need to eat the right amount of food from each food group. Most of the food we eat shout be fruit, veg, and carbohydrates, and the smallest part of our diet should be sugary foods. We had a go at sorting some different foods into the correct categories, and then we designed our own healthy meals, trying to use food from different food groups.
