Pupil Chaplains

Our Pupil Chaplains

The role of a Pupil Chaplain in any community is to care for that which is most important, most treasured and precious to that community. In our Catholic schools it is our faith in Jesus Christ that is the most important constituent. At St Francis, we have a team of 9 dedicated Pupil Chaplains who promote the Catholic Ethos and religious life of our school.

Their roles include delivering class prayer and liturgy, leading prayers and reflections in assemblies and Liturgical events, leading lunchtime prayer sessions, and supporting charities and fundraising events. They are excellent role models for the younger pupils in our school.
